LARGE-SCALE EVENTS

An operation designed to serve hundreds of participants.

We design each activation according to the number of attendees, event duration, selected products, and the experience you want to create for your audience.

50–1,000+ participants
1–10+ stations

OPERATIONAL CAPACITY

We don't bring a standard station. We design an operation.

Every event is planned from its real conditions: foot traffic, schedules, available space, products, design catalog, and target time per participant.

With that information we calculate stations, staff, inventory, service flow, and safety margin.

SIZING

This is how we define capacity for each activation.

Attendee volume is only the starting point. We also consider how long the event lasts, how many people will participate at the same time, and the level of personalization each product requires.

01

Attendance

Expected number of participants and estimated participation rate.

02

Duration

Actual operating hours, attendance peaks, and service windows.

03

Experience

Number of products, available designs, and level of personalization.

04

Infrastructure

Stations, operators, inventory, tables, equipment, and required space.

OPERATION EXAMPLE

An activation for 500 participants.

This scenario is illustrative. The final configuration is adjusted to each event's conditions.

02 Selection Product and designs
03 Personalization Product layout
04 Production Application by our team
05 Delivery Finished product

ON-SITE OPERATION

Each station has a role within the flow.

The experience is organized to avoid bottlenecks and keep interaction simple for participants. Our staff supports selection, controls inventory, and applies the designs.

  • Queue distribution and service points.
  • Size, product, and design control.
  • Production equipment operated by our staff.
  • Immediate delivery of the finished product.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What you need to know before requesting a quote.

What is the maximum number of participants?

Capacity depends on event duration, number of stations, product, and level of personalization. We can design configurations for events from small groups to activations with more than 1,000 people.

How much space does the activation need?

Space is calculated from the number of stations and expected flow. The proposal includes a layout and surface area recommendation.

Does Patch Party bring all the equipment?

Yes. We can include tables, stations, production equipment, materials, inventory, and operating staff depending on the contracted scope.

Can it be held outdoors?

Yes, as long as there are safe conditions for the equipment, weather protection, and access to required services.

What happens if more attendees arrive?

We plan inventory with a previously agreed safety margin. We can also define alternatives to handle overflow.

Do attendees use the heat press?

No. Design application is performed exclusively by Patch Party staff.
